Quincy Oak from the COREtec Pro Classics line is a 100% waterproof, extremely durable pet friendly Luxury Vinyl flooring. It is strong enough to stand up to any active home or even in a light commercial setting. It can be installed in kitchens, bathrooms or any other wet area, since it will never swell when exposed to water. This 7" wide plank is dimensionally stable, so it will not expand or contract under normal conditions. It has an attached natural cork backing underlayment which creates a quieter and warmer floor that is resistant to odor causing mold and mildew.
